Payment Policy

  • We only accept payment via PayNow QR code (Most banking apps should have the function).
  • Booking fees must be paid upfront on confirmation of booking.
  • Booking fees for spaces are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable unless deemed necessary.


Booking Policy

  • You must only utilise your booked seat during your session and not change seats at your convenience without informing Spatial.
  • Any seat changes after the booking start time must be requested and approved by Spatial.


For students

  • You agree to book under the student tier only if you are able to proof that you are a student studying with a government-recognized institution.
  • You are required to provide Spatial with your student ID verification upon creation of a member profile in order to be verified as a student.
  • You may conduct teaching using this tier if your teaching is non-commercial in nature AND you are a verified student.


For tutors

  • You agree to book under the tutor tier if your teaching is commercial in nature.
  • You must not book under the adult or student tier if your teaching is commercial in nature.
  • You will be asked to leave the premises and banned from Spatial if you violate the above clauses.


For working adults

  • Please book under this tier if you do not fall into the above category.
  • You may conduct teaching using this tier if your teaching is non-commercial in nature.
*Definition of commercial: Receiving financial incentives from providing the teaching services.


Booking Changes and Cancellation Policy

For changes / cancellation 48 hours or more before booking start time:

  • Spatial will allow rescheduling / changes, subject to availability.
  • Please inform Spatial of the date, timing and the seat to change to.
  • Otherwise, Spatial shall refund up to only 90% of the booking amount paid.


For changes / cancellation 24 to 48 hours before booking start time:

  • Only changes to the same day of booking is permissible, subject to availability.
  • Please inform Spatial of the timing and the seat to change to.
  • If you need to reschedule to another day or to cancel the booking, Spatial shall refund up to only 50% of the booking amount paid. You have to make a new booking separately yourself.


For changes / cancellation 24 hours or less before booking start time:

  • Only changes to the same day of booking is permissible, subject to availability.
  • Please inform Spatial of the timing and the seat to change to.
  • If Spatial is unable to reschedule or make the changes, there shall be no refund.


Package Policy

  • Packages are non-refundable.
  • All packages have a 30-day window for utilisation, and you can choose the start date to utilise the package,
  • However, packages must strictly be consumed within the validity period.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to extend at Spatial's discretion.
  • You may share package passes with other users.


All Access Pass Policy

  • All Access Pass is non-refundable.
  • All Access Pass has a 30-day window for utilisation, and you can choose the start date to utilise the package,
  • However, the hours must strictly be consumed within the validity period.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to extend at Spatial's discretion.
  • You may not share the pass with other users. If it is made known that the All Access Pass is booked under the pass holder's account for other users, we reserve the rights to revoke the pass with immediate effect and unused hours will not be refunded.


Discount Policy

  • Users are offered a 10% discount off all prices based on the group promotion (minimum 3 pax).
  • Groups have to be charged in a single receipt for the discount and are booking at the same timing.


Facilities Policy

  • Please be considerate to other users when accessing the snack bar or when taking the complimentary beverages.
  • Complimentary snacks and beverages are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and are not guaranteed to be refilled at the time of your booking.
  • Complimentary printing cannot be combined with others. Each user has a maximum of 10 complimentary pages of black and white printing per seating (with the exception of pass holders).
  • Laser colour printing is chargeable at a specific fixed rate.
  • Spatial DOES NOT provide desktops computers and laptops.
  • Spatial DOES NOT provide any adaptors other than HDMI cables.
  • Spatial provides HDMI cables to connect to monitors. Theft of HDMI cables will be reported to the police.
  • Lockers are complimentary and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may contact our customer service to check if lockers are available before you book.


Welfare Policy

  • For Spatial to ensure our users a conducive environment for studying, working or teaching, please be considerate and keep noise level to a minimum.
  • In the event of emergency, Spatial management shall provide the necessary care or call 995 swiftly and accordingly.


Disclaimers

  • Spatial shall not be responsible for costs incurred from any damage, injury, loss, expense or liability inflicted on public/private property by user(s).
  • Spatial reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  • Spatial will not tolerate any distribution or replication of our material without permission.
